TheCarLab provides shipping to all its clients worldwide. Our products are shipped via deliver partners such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Once the order has been shipped, customers are notified via email with all the shipping details, including tracking # to track their orders.  

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We understand the importance of timely delivery. Here's a breakdown of our delivery timeline:

1) Order Cutoff Time: 06:00 PM (EST)

2) Order Handling Time: 1-3 Day

3) Total Delivery Time: Less then 5 business days in most cases. Rest assured, we work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can get your product without delay.

How do I place an Order?

Do you accept returns if I’m not satisfied with the product?

Yes, we do! At THECARLAB, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and eligible under our return policy. For full details or to initiate a return, please contact our support team.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. We give our customers the option to either create an account or check out as a guest. Having said that, creating an account does have its benefits; it allows you to maintain a Wishlist, keep up with the latest offers, and do not have to input your information every time you make a purchase.
