Do you accept returns if I’m not satisfied with the product?
Yes, we do! At THECARLAB, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and eligible under our return policy. For full details or to initiate a return, please contact our support team.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. We give our customers the option to either create an account or check out as a guest. Having said that, creating an account does have its benefits; it allows you to maintain a Wishlist, keep up with the latest offers, and do not have to input your information every time you make a purchase.
